Roy holds a Personal Insolvency Practitioners certificate and advises clients on debt restructuring matters and in negotiations with their creditors as well as undertaking forensic business reviews. Roy has extensive experience in all aspects of insolvency ranging from Creditors Voluntary Liquidations to bank appointed Receiverships and regularly deals and negotiates with financial institutions and solicitors.
